Marketing is a real hassle for many writers. Yes—it’s a hassle for me too, even though I like marketing. The challenge is always finding the time to do it.

Are you shy? Some tricks for you if you hate self-promotion

Try these two tricks:
- Use your imagination. Pretend your book was written by someone else. (This works, believe it or not.)
- Choose only those marketing activities you enjoy.
